Golf Tip May 3rd 2008

So if you understand the loading tension in the swing what's next.
Besides all the basics grip stance posture alignment setup etc.

The tip for the day: The tension in your hips should be moderate compared to your feet and knees. Let your hips start the swing but restrict them from turning all the way and breaking down the solid feeling in your feet. If you were standing on a clock and the ball is 12:00 let your hips turn only to 2:00. You will start to notice a very solid hit each time you do this.

Working these two together the tension in your legs and restricting the hips is key to a sound swing.
