Golf Tip May 5th 2008

These three tips alone are enough to work on all summer. Working on how these three interact with each other is key.
Tip for the day: Practice these three separately first, then together. If possible practice just a few minutes a day in front of a mirror. Practice with a belt buckle on, standing straight up, and watch your belt turn around not move from side to side. You can do this with a club locked behind your elbows and back. This is a critical power move. Continue the same move over a bent knee and a stable foot. Again separately practice swinging the club next to a wall with your back to the wall. Move away from the wall 6 to 12 inches. Practice swinging the arms and shoulders without hitting the wall. After becoming efficient at both, try to incorporate the three together.

Training your mind through practicing these separately first, and then together will provide many of the basics you need for a solid swing.
