If you are properly loading tension in your feet, and restricting your hip movement then you are off to a good start.
Tip for the day: Allow the upper body to feel unrestricted with a good shoulder turn. The upper body should glide over the top effortlessly all the way to the top of the back swing and about waist high on the way down. At waist high you can let it fire. Waiting to fire the upper body assures a solid hit.
